I am also affected.
I have 4 disks in RAID0, used ubuntu server 13.10 to set up a command line base
RAID0 system with no server extras, rebooted and installed ubuntu-desktop,
rebooted and changed /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf to 'managed=true'.

It has been working flawlessly for months but after a dist-upgrade to
ubuntu 14.04 I too get this error message at every boot up. System
continues after a couple of seconds with no issues as far as I can tell.

Regards,
Per in Sweden
