Public bug reported:
update gcc-snapshot to the GCC 4.9.0 release to get the gnat compiler
for AArch64 into the release, enabling us to build and test gnat builds
on trusty.
gcc-snapshot is not used as a build-dependency for any package, so this
will not break any package.
