Public bug reported:

Title says it all, we need something like:

    Package: liboxideqt-qmlplugin
    Depends: liboxideqtcore0 (= ${binary:Version})

A consequence of the lack of such an explicit dependency is that all CI
jobs for webbrowser-app currently fail on otto which is a container with
an older version of oxide pre-installed. When running a job, liboxideqt-
qmlplugin gets upgraded, but liboxideqtcore0 doesn’t, resulting in a
version mismatch:

file:///usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Components/Extras/Browser/UbuntuWebView02.qml:21
plugin cannot be loaded for module "com.canonical.Oxide": Cannot load
library /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/qt5/qml/com/canonical/Oxide/libqmloxideplugin.so: (/usr/lib/x86_64
-linux-gnu/qt5/qml/com/canonical/Oxide/libqmloxideplugin.so: undefined
symbol: _ZTIN5oxide2qt18FilePickerDelegateE)

** Affects: oxide-qt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
