What steps will reproduce the problem?
Grab a maximized chromium window and drag it to the second screen.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Window maximized on 2nd screen.
Actual: Window placement is off screen, content covers 2nd screen completely,
window controls not reachable.
This happens on Gnome Flashback Metacity only and it worked on pre-aura
Chromium.
