Public bug reported:
The keyboard periodically turns into English setting. I only have
configured Spanish keyboard and it periodically becomes into English
configuration. Each time, I have to unconfigure and configure the
keyboard to fix it. It happened occasionally with version 13.10. Now
with 14.04 version, it occurs almost every day.
