Details:
1. Turn on computer.
2. On login screen, click "Off" button at upper right.
3. Shut down message appears. Ckick on Shut Down.
4. Computer shuts down.
5. Turn on computer.
6. On login screen, type password and press Enter.
7. Desktop appears with two identical messages saying "System program
problem detected. Do you want to report the problem now?"
8. Click "Report problem."
9. Enter password.
10. Message: "Sorry, Ubuntu 14.04 has experienced an internal error. If
you notice further problems, try restarting the computer."
11. Click on Continue to send error report..
12. Message: "The problem report is damaged and cannot be processed.
EOFError('Compressed file ended before the end-of-stream marker was
reached'.)
13. Click Close.
14. Shut down.
15. Turn on computer.
16. Same thing happens. Go back to step six. Repeat forever.
