Even though the information displayed in the Preferences...Customize
Look And Feel menu-entry's "Color" tab shows the values I configured,
every window I open (such as PCManFM) I open, ignores those settings.
The color settings were working fine on Lubuntu 13.10.
My expectations were that my color customization settings would be
honored.
The observed behavior is that my color customization settings are always
ignored.
See the attached screen-shot, noting the custom colors specified, and also that
they are not used in displaying the window.
