Ubuntu better. However, it seems that you are using a software package
not provided by the official Ubuntu repositories (namely the webserver
you're talking about). Because of this the Ubuntu project can not
support or fix your particular bug. Please report this bug to the
provider of the software package. Thanks!

If you can 
a) reproduce it in any way using only software in the Ubuntu repositories
b) or make a convincing argument that it is in fact the fault of Ubuntu 
software :)
then please reopen this bug.
