Public bug reported:
The Window Buttons plugin on Xubuntu 14.04 no longer iconizes windows when
clicking on the icon in the Window Button list.
12.04 as well as 13.10 did that just nicely.
Unminimizing windows still works as expected.
I can see the broken behevior on an freshly installed box as well as on
an upgraded box.
