Same result with image #u15. Fresh image ( --wipe ). Installed
packages mentioned below, manually created /var/lib/urfkill, and added
the urfkill path to /etc/system-image/writable-paths. Reboot.
Both WiFi and Modem are active after reboot. Enable flight-mode &
reboot again. WiFi is off after reboot, but modem is still online.
# dpkg -l | grep network-manager
ii network-manager 0.9.8.8-0ubuntu10
# dpkg -l | grep telepathy-of
ii telepathy-ofono
0.2+14.04.20140407-0ubuntu1~awe1
# dpkg -l | grep urfkill
ii urfkill
0.5.0+20140429.092522.b3b9563-0ubuntu1~mtrudel4
# ./rfkill-flight-mode
flight-mode is: 1
# list-modems | grep Online
Online = 1
