Public bug reported:
Sometimes kupfer doesn't respond to the keyboard, specifically the
[ENTER] key. I can use the arrow keys and type commands but it won't
execute the commands.
After stopping and starting kupfer again it responds again.
Can't detect a particular action that makes kupfer behave in this way.
