Public bug reported:
The friends-app.desktop file is not getting its strings pulled out into
the translation template, the X-Gettext-Domain in the .desktop file is
wrong, and the strings are not being merged back into the .desktop file
(which will be needed when friends-app becomes a click package on the
phone).
