Please sync ca-certificates-java 20140324 (main) from Debian unstable

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * UpdatesCertificatesTest.java: Fix ftbfs by swapping out the no longer
    shipped cacert.org certificate with a Thawte one. (LP: #1258286)
  * UpdatesCertificatesTest.java: Fix ftbfs by swapping out the no longer
    shipped cacert.org certificate with a Thawte one. (LP: #1258286)

Fixed in Debian.
