Public bug reported:
The dialog-ok-apply.png icon is used in Ubiquity KDE, but it is only
present in:
elementary-xfce/actions/48
While the same image with the names dialog-ok.png and dialog-apply.png
are present in the following directories:
elementary-xfce/actions/{16,22,24,48}
elementary-xfce-darker/actions/{16,22,24}
Can you please add dialog-ok-apply.png to those other directories?
