Using parole (0.6.1-0ubuntu3.1), the issue is fixed, assuming one has apt configured to install recommended dependencies automatically. Despite that caveat, I'm going to mark verification-done because this will force gstreamer1.0-pulseaudio to be included in the ISO, which was the point of this bug as far as I understand.
