I have just seen this issue when trying to listen to a podcast in Rythmbox
3.0.2 on Ubuntu 14.04
The podcast in question: http://letstalkbitcoin.com
The error:

call last):
File "/usr/lib/rhythmbox/plugins/artsearch/embedded.py", line 38, in
discovered_cb
(found, sample) = tags.get_sample(tagname)
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_sample'
Download and playback fail.
