The invoke-rc.d failure is https://bugs.debian.org/683084, I just
uploaded a sysvinit package with the backported systemd support (but
it'll be stuck in -proposed for a while).

Retitling the bug for the whoopsie part, it's missing a systemd unit (or
an init.d script).

** Summary changed:

- [systemd] package whoopsie 0.2.24.5 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess new
pre-removal script returned error exit status 100
+ [systemd] whoopsie needs systemd unit

** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #683084
