Public bug reported:
0. Ensure there is both a system update and some (n) click updates
1. Start an automatic download
2. Enter the updates panel
3. When it finishes, select "Not now"
4. The button says "Install n updates" and installs all of the click packages
Instead, the button should be n+1 and try to install the system update
too
