Maybe. That optional dependency means installing 6.8 extra MB, which once compressed with squashfs are about 2.5 MB. The space on a live-CD is precious, and I dont' think that feature (assuming Amarok made use of it) is worth 2.5 MB of a Kubuntu live-CD . Maybe a fair solution would be building two versions of the library, one with gdk-pixbuf support, and another without. -- Do we have to destroy our freedom in order to save it?
