  In the cellular plugin the Cell data ValueSelector doesn't really allow
  selection of the data technology. Off does turn of mobile data, but
  either of the other 2 choices just turns mobile data back on. I haven't
  found a way to change the preferred data technology, but I suspect it is
  possible.
