Public bug reported:

The following information is available, this same error has happenend several 
different days now, different times. I have then turned around and done trace 
routes and pings and general web useage and all seems to work fine. However I 
am a new user to Linux and it sure could be something i'm doing but wouldn't 
know. Kubuntu 13.10
