Christopher M. Penalver, I did the update as you mentionned : mathojojo@matho-pc:~$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date [sudo] password for mathojojo: 2101 09/14/2012 mathojojo@matho-pc:~$
But it does not fix my problem. Maybe I should add that I tested the mouse on another computer with Ubuntu 14.04, 13.10 and 13.04. So I don't think that the problem is hardware specific. I didn't found anyone else who reported this bug. It might be a LX710 Mouse (laser) specific bug, as other Unifying Mouse devices seems to work well now. But for sure, it has worked on this computer some years ago with Ubuntu 12.04 and older. I don't know if it can help, but I put a video on youtube which show my problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&list=HL1400157738&v =3dbNbh-O59Q Thank you for the help. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1318900 Title: 046d:c52b [Asus Crosshair IV Formula] Logitech Unifying MX Mouse (LX710) bug.
