I need the exact version of the package you are using; you can get it with: dpkg -l wengophone
Please try to "log-off" and re-login a couple of times without quitting wengophone. Do you always see a computer with a moving yellow dot? Are you able to make phone calls even though the GUI is saying you are still connecting? (e.g. test calls to 333) Could you please gzip the whole wengophone output and attach it here, please?
