That looks like a problem with reading your profiles.
Can you please attach your /etc/apparmor.d/ (as tarball)?
If you don't want to upload all your profiles, you can edit aa.py and add
(above line 2700):
print(file, profile, hat)
This should print out which profile and hat is currently being read - the last
one above the backtrace should point out the profile causing the problem.
Please upload at least this profile.
