Sick of this now, it's been a month. Still can't upgrade, lost track of
how much I've uninstalled, if I uninstall much more I'll have a kernel
and a shell. Top and bottom of it is the Ubuntu upgrade process is far
inferior to that of OpenSuSE and Fedora so perhaps I should stop wasting
my time and go back to SuSE.
