Is it safe to backport this vanilla gnome-control-center 3.8 packages to Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty)? We have several computers with both desktop environments (Unity and GNOME Shell) installed - some users prefer GNOME, some - Unity.
Another question - why you packaged gnome-control-center 3.8 not, latest - 3.10 or 3.12 versions? Ubuntu 14.04 and 14.10 currently has GNOME 3.10, not 3.8 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1316383 Title: Vanilla gnome-control-center 3.8 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/1316383/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
