Actually, just saw that you included the image number in the summary.
Could you try a more recent image from devel-proposed?
Also, please comment on whether or not you had BT enabled on the device.
For reference, I tried this on mako running image #38 and do *not* see
multiple entries for "Cellular Settings" in my dropdown menu.
