riu, if you tested a 3.13.x mainline kernel, not the default Ubuntu
kernel, it would not be considered Fix Released as outlined in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Status . Hence, is this fixed in the
mainline kernel, or the default Ubuntu kernel?
