First, It works with linux-image-2.6.22-9.25
With 2.6.22-10.30 the kde Restricted Drivers show the fglrx driver as
enabled but the status is "Not in use".
fglrxinfo output:
Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".
display: :0.0 screen: 0
OpenGL vendor string: Mesa project: www.mesa3d.org
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa GLX Indirect
OpenGL version string: 1.4 (2.1 Mesa 7.0.1)
xorg.conf is the default for fglrx as installed by Restricted Drivers,
the same xorg.conf does the job with linux-image-2.6.22-9.25.
