Public bug reported:

In trusty 14.04, vlc 2.1.4 is packaged with vlsub extension
(/usr/lib/vlc/lua/extensions/VLSub.luac) but the 2.1 serie of vlc
contraly to 2.0 and 2.2 do not contains the vlc.net interface necessary
for it.

Please remove it from the package, it will never work but it's exposed
to every user.
