Even if it seems that this bug is due to Unity, as workaround for Cairo-
Dock, we will not enable this Logout applet in the default theme. (The
logout applet is not very useful if you have another panel which also
have a "logout" applet)
I'll try to update Cairo-Dock packages in Ubuntu Trusty too.
