Brijam: It might be easier to just have a terminal that is running the command watch cat /proc/interrupts if you can still raise/switch windows when this happens. These steps probably won't result in a fix but they might help the diagnosis of the problem.
You may want to try booting with the noapic option as there are a LOT of Pavilion with strange timing related issues (doing so has other drawbacks though).
