will do, as soon as I get it booting into ubuntu again. Apparently update-grub (or rather grub-probe) doesn't work when chrooting into a root partition if it's btrfs, so I'm gonna try booting through a efi booter from another computer running the same kernelversion of 14.04.. I'm quite pissed at myself for not backing up the EFI partition before doing a BIOS update from windows... <_<
