Public bug reported: Observed in Audacity r13166 in Ubuntu 14.04 using Unity with Ambience or Radiance theme. Only the shortcuts for Edit > Undo and Redo are visible in the menus. I do not experience inactive menus mentioned in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/audacity/+bug/1312625 .
Initialising audacity.cfg does not help.
