Hi Jared
This is the behaviour you ask for when select sloppy focus, if you don't want
to loose the focus on the windows you was working on, select click as policy so
you ensure that unless you click on other windows, the focus will remain on you
current one.
Since this is not really a bug, but a default behaviour for the required
feature, i'm closing this bug. Feel free to continue to report any
other bugs you may find.
