Public bug reported:
Virtual Machine Manager run from the launcher always starts with its
title-bar hidden under the Unity header/menu bar. You have to use the
ALT key to drag it into view.
After running ubuntu-bug on this application I also removed the ".virt-
manager" directory and retried, the problem remains.
