The Avogadro program seems to have a broken dependency:
sampsa@Sampsa-XPS-13:~$ /usr/bin/avogadro
/usr/bin/avogadro: error while loading shared libraries:
libboost_python-py27.so.1.53.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
sampsa@Sampsa-XPS-13:~$ apt-cache search libboost-python

But ..

/usr/bin/avogadro: error while loading shared libraries:
libboost_python-py27.so.1.53.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
So the program is looking for "libboost_python-py27.so.1.53.0" even
though the dependency has been marked to version 1.54.0..!
