Specification updated.
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareUpdates?action=diff&rev2=176&rev1=175>
Pausing should return an update to its original presentation, which
doesn't have a progress bar at all.
** Changed in: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Triaged
** Changed in: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
Assignee: Matthew Paul Thomas (mpt) => (unassigned)
** Description changed:
Resuming the update puts it back to the percentage it had before
pressing pause. I'd expect that pause only pauses the update, but
progress would remain visible.

+ “Pause” during a download or an app installation, the update should
+ pause and return to its idle presentation."
