Public bug reported:
Expected behavior:
* I should be able to type "Vancouver" into the manual tz selection
field and select the timezone for Vancouver.
Actual behavior:
* Searches like "Vancouver" and "Paris" give no results, you have to
type "vancouver" or "paris" instead.
* This is exacerbated by the fact that the keyboard defaults to
capitalizing the first letter, so by default (unless you explicitely
turn off the shift key for the first letter), the search never returns
any matches, ever.
Please ignore case when returning search results.
Tested on mako, image #64, ubuntu-system-settings
