Please sync libgxps 0.2.2-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild against new libarchive
* debian/control.in:
- Use libtiff5-dev instead of libtiff-dev
libtiff change no longer needed
