Hi,

I haven't still heard regarding the problem and had tried various
options provided on Ubuntu community. Like to share some information
regarding the option tried to resolve the problem which is stated below.

Tried to follows this :

1. Boot PC leaving SHIFT pressed to make the GRUB Menu show.
2. Select Recovery Mode which will continue booting correctly until the
Recovery Menu appeares.
3. Select from the recovery menu failsafeX.
4. In some cases failsafeX will load fine (You lucky dog), for others (Me) it
will give an error along the lines of "The system is running in low-graphics
mode" and will stay there forever. When this happens, press CTRL+ALT+F1 to go
to the terminal. Type in your Username and Password.

After going through 4 option, i get a message as stated below...

/dev/sda7: clean; 279277/1376256 files; 1519680/5499904 blocks (and this
changes after your try following the same option)
  ,, ,, ,, 279284/1376256 ,, 1519991/ ,,
        ,,
  ,, ,, ,, 279285/ ,, ,, 1520079/ ,,
                 ,,

After this tried to to install fglrx, gdm but nothing worked out. Kindly
let me know as still i am stuck with the problem and unable to start
Ubuntu 12.04
