It looks like this is because dnscache-run is not compatible with resolveconf (see here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=582755) So naturally if an upgrade insists on installing/updaing resolveconf it needs to remove dnschache-run. It would be really nice of dnscache can live peacefully with the (relatively) new resolveconf system, but from the looks of it currently it's either one or the other.
