Under what circumstances are you seeing this problem? Is it a regular
occurrence for you due to something like comment #34 (booting just
before 7:30 every day), or an issue with a previous instance of anacron
being hung?
I don't think that we want to "solve" this by suppressing the mails from
anacron. anacron itself should be made more resilient to hung jobs, and
we should fix the bugs currently causing the apt cron job to hang. If
we address both of these points, the symptom of receiving mails about
already-running anacron jobs should solve itself.
