Originally tested using sflphone-kde/1.3.0-1ubuntu1.1 from trusty - app
would hang immediately upon startup at the "Account creation wizard"
screen.

Enabled trusty-proposed and upgraded:
$ sudo apt-get install sflphone-kde/trusty-proposed
