I have been running in this desktop dual boot win 7 / ubuntu
12.04;12.10;13.04. From 13.10 my wifi connection is very slow. upgraded
to 14.04 - the problem exists. Changed the wifi router - same result.
Did a fresh install of ubuntu 14.04 and again having wifi problem -
connection slows down unexpectedly and the router disappears. Boot to
windows 7 - and have no problem with the speed and connection.
