Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS (Lucid Lynx) unable to boot the PC due to a Kernel panic.

Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat) unable to boot the PC due to a Kernel
panic. But I wasn’t able to capture the complete error.
Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) unable to boot the PC due to a Kernel
panic. But I wasn’t able to capture the complete error.
Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot) the computer boot up and hang up for more than 20
minutes. I wasn’t able to work with the computer or get any logs. However, the
last message in console was:
[147.992078] AMD-Vi : Completion-Wait loop timed out
After these tests the problem appeared for first time in the release Ubuntu
11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot). And with previous Ubuntu versions this PC is unable to
boot.
