Upgraded Ubuntu 13.10 to 14.04.
The Horde-installation includes the package php-horde-editor, which
provides a symlink to /usr/share/javascript/ckeditor/ckeditor_basic.js .
This ckeditor_basic.js is missing.
Users are unable to compose e-mail. The compose-window in Horde/IMP says
"Loading...."
