Has voicemail notification *ever* worked for you using Touch or has it
always been broken for you?
Have you confirmed that voicemail notification on this device works with
standard Android KitKat or Cyanogenmod?
Also can you post your operator details. You can find then by running
the script /usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-modems on the device. What
would be helpful are the MobileCountryCode and MobileNetworkCode of your
operator. You should see them listed under the interface
"org.ofono.NetworkRegistration" that you should see in the output of
list-modems.
