Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

After restarting X (via CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE) I can then get to a virtual console
with CTRL+ALT+F1. But then when I attempt to go to my graphical desktop with
CTRL+ALT+F7. When I do that I get a text screen that reads:
"* Reloading OpenBSD Secure Shell server's configuration sshd"

However I can get to the graphical desktop now using CTRL+ALT+F9.
Prior to restarting X, CTRL+ALT+F7 worked fine.

I can then login and use the desktop, so the only negative effect is
having to use CTRL+ALT+F9 instead of CTRL+ALT+F7.

Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy, with No desktop effects enabled.

** please ignore the following,
** alternate keystroke notations (- instead of +)
  CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE
  CTRL-ALT-F!
  CTRL-ALT-F7
  CTRL-ALT-F9

** Affects: xorg (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
