Public bug reported:

gnome-main-menu package isn't synced from Debian, see
http://packages.qa.debian.org/g/gnome-main-menu.html and
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-main-menu

It seems this is because gnome-main-menu was removed from Ubuntu at
~11.10, but now this package is actively maintained by MATE desktop
environment (GNOME2 fork) team.

mitya57 told, that gnome-main-menu should be removed from
http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/sync-blacklist.txt

** Affects: gnome-main-menu (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
